Applying Agile at Scale to achieve Business Agility - Diana Rivera

In this digitally driven era, it is highly important to adopt the basic practices and principles of Lean, Agile and DevSecOps to accelerate our value delivery to the market and the customers we serve. More importantly, there is an urgent need to keep up with our competitors who have already adopted these practices and have implemented automation, centralized data centers with Cloud-based systems, and API development practices. All roles in business and IT are required to support an agile environment to achieve faster time to market. In this interactive session, we will explore the basic principles, practices and mindset that you can begin to quickly apply in your role and organization to support an agile environment by scaling basic lean and agile practices to achieve Business Agility.

The business landscape is changing right before our eyes. The ability to quickly meet the demanding needs of customers is more important than ever. The choices in the marketplace are expanding and competition is everywhere. We must re-imagine the way we operate and the way we do business in order to remain competitive. This will require a drastic shift in our mindset. We must develop a learning culture. We must learn to focus on valuable outcomes rather output. We must develop our leadership capabilities in order to bring out the best in ourselves and every around us. What does it take to lead complex change? What is required? Join me for a discussion on the world we find ourselves in today, and what it truly takes to align our mission, vision, and purpose to propel us into the future!
