Mandy Huth is an IT leader with over 20 years’ experience in information security, privacy, and digital workplace in a global environment. She is a mentor and speaker.

Currently she is the VP of Cybersecurity at Kohler, an $8 billion global manufacturer enabling gracious living through smart kitchen and bath products and power products, as well as host to various hospitality locations. At Kohler, Mandy runs the company’s global security, privacy, and digital workplace strategies. Previously Director of Information Security at Smarsh, a leading provider of archiving & compliance solutions, she ran security strategy & execution, including product security and securing corporate DevOps. Mandy joined Smarsh after building a security organization responsible for IT and OT from ground up for Belden, a $2 billion manufacturer of signal transmission products. She served as Head of Security and Technology at Tripwire (acquired by Belden), responsible for securing Tripwire’s internal technologies and solutions.

Mandy is a LinkedIn Learning author of several security and privacy courses. Further, she holds multiple certifications including CISSP, CIPT (privacy) and GSLC and is an active member with ISSA, ISACA and Infragard.

On a personal note, Mandy enjoys exercise, traveling, and reading. She is training for (another) half Ironman in 2023, while she continues to scuba dive, improve her kite surfing, and to increase the number of countries she has visited from 45 to 60.

Jennifer Westphal was promoted to Chief Information Security Officer in January 2021, but her tenure at MGIC has lasted for over a decade. Since 2012, Ms. Westphal has served MGIC in various roles within Information Security, beginning as Information Security Analyst Sr., through her current role as Director, Assistant Chief Information Security Officer. Prior to her time at MGIC, Ms. Westphal built a career in data security and technical support through roles of increasing responsibility at Roundys, Inc. in Milwaukee.

David Bloedorn is the Technology Officer and Chief Information Security Officer for Network Health, a regional health insurance company serving 24 counties in eastern Wisconsin. David oversees the teams responsible for technical infrastructure and information security at Network Health.

David has over 35 years of Information Technology experience, including 25 years in IT management. Over the years, he has had roles in software development, business analytics, systems architecture, and information security.

David holds a master’s degree in Engineering Management and undergraduate degrees in Electrical Engineering Technology and Computer Engineering Technology from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.

Throughout his career, James has built and sustained programs focused on threat intelligence, vulnerability management, incident response, insider risk management, security architecture, compliance, and risk management. Prior to Oshkosh Corporation, James worked in the Advisory Practice at KPMG.

James is a Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems and an MBA in Finance and International Business.
